This individual will support the Product & GTM Manager in daily tasks, including monitoring operational activities and correlating & sharing cross-departmental performance results on key launches, as well as supporting benchmarking and market analysis.

What you'll do:

  • Global Product Strategy Support – Benchmarking Categories/Markets/Collaborations/Launches, Support manager in preparing PPT with product launch briefs

  • Go-to-market Calendar – Help maintain the shared GTM calendar with all key business activities and product launches; prepare monthly launch announcement to be shared with PR & Operational teams

  • Merchandising and GTM Performance & Analysis – Compile cross-departmental performance results (Ecommerce, Wholesale, DTC, VIC Teams, CRM, Social Channels) for each key product launch and provide weekly synopsis and recommendations

  • Product Collaborations and Special Projects – Support Manager in execution of 360° product collaborations (following schedule of planning and objectives to product development to marketing planning and launch), strong communication & intrapersonal skills required

  • PR/ Events/Activations: Support Manger with reconciling requests for product recommendations & placements that include VIP/ PR endorsement, Brand Events & more

What we're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Economics, Business or Marketing Bachelor/Master degree, MBA Preferred

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive planning and decision making, excellent level of Microsoft excel, Power BI experience preferred

• Strong presentation capabilities; high-level of PowerPoint and ability to adjust to different creative and business audiences.

• Good knowledge of or interest in luxury, fashion and lifestyle industries and key players, previous experience in consulting or fashion merchandising beneficial but not required

• Exceptional organizational skills, strong sense of ownership, and ability to work with ambiguity suited to a rapid-growth environment

• Team player with an inspiring spirit and hustle, confident and dynamic while remaining humble and generous to all teammates and partners

• Professional knowledge of English
