Product Office Assistant

Location: Milan (The Level Group HQ) - onsite role

For Brooks Brothers EU, one of The Level Group’s ventures, we are looking for a Product Office Assistant to join our HQ in Milan.

This is a fully onsite role with a strong operational focus on product back-office activities. In this role, you will have the chance to join a fast-growing brand, working across all product categories and collaborating closely with key internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Product team in coding materials, accessories, and finished garments within the collections.

• Insert, check, and update technical product information, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Manage product master data and support Product Office back-office activities.

• Use and maintain basic information tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and support activities and PLM system operations.

• Prepare, organize, and keep product documentation and collection folders up to date to support sales campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Merchandising, Production teams, and external suppliers.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Product Office processes with a smart, tool-oriented, and quality-driven approach.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in the same role, preferably within Fashion & Luxury brands.

• Knowledge of garment construction and understanding of the full product development workflow.

• Good knowledge of Product Life Management (PLM) systems and other product information management tools.

• Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership.
