We are seeking a talented and proactive professional to join our Brooks Brothers EU team based in Milan as a Production Planner. What you’ll do:

  • Design, plan and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with targets, timelines and quality standards.

  • Support the coordination of supply chain activities, including purchasing, production, distribution, and warehouse flows.

  • Maintain clear, collaborative communication with suppliers to address daily production challenges.

  • Prepare and contribute to production reports on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.

  • Collaborate with other departments - such as logistics and product development - to streamline the production process.


What we’re looking for:

  • Approx. 2-3 years of experience in production planning within the fashion industry.

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Flexible and proactive approach.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ready to contribute to a growing team.

  • Clear and effective communication skills in both Italian and English.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
