This is your chance. Our Milan-based Lifestyle Brand is on a healthy growth trajectory and is seeking for a Production Specialist


Key Activities

  • Follow-up on production progress status

  • Issuance of production orders

  • Ongoing coordination with external manufacturers (façonists) for support activities and production updates

  • Updating finished goods production delivery dates in the system

  • Recording finished goods production in the system

  • Management of certifications

  • Management of pre-production samples/garments

  • Organization of production pickups

  • Sharing delivery plans with the logistics team and other departments

  • Supporting raw materials purchasing activities

  • Updating raw materials production delivery dates in the system

  • Recording raw materials production in the system

  • Strong knowledge of production processes and timelines within the fashion industry

  • Proven experience in managing external manufacturers (façonists) and coordinating production progress

  • Solid understanding of production order management and ERP systems (data entry, delivery date updates, production uploads)

  • Experience in handling certifications and compliance documentation

  • Familiarity with pre-production sample management and workflow coordination

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

  • Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy in system updates and reporting

  • Ability to liaise cross-functionally with Logistics, Purchasing and other departments

  • English and Italian

Requirements
