We are looking for a Retail Allocator to join our Retail team in Milan.


In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal allocation and replenishment of products across our retail store network. Working closely with Merchandising, Buying, Retail Operations, and Store Managers, you will optimize inventory levels, maximize product availability, and support commercial performance through effective stock management.


We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent planning skills, and a passion for retail.


What you'll do:

  • Define and execute product allocation strategies across the retail store network.

  • Manage initial product allocations for new collections, product launches, and seasonal deliveries.

  • Monitor sales performance, sell-through, stock levels, and product availability to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Plan and manage store replenishment activities to ensure optimal stock levels and maximize sales.

  • Coordinate stock transfers and rebalancing activities between stores to optimize inventory productivity.

  • Work closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to support allocation decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Analyze store performance, local demand, and inventory trends to drive data-based allocation decisions.

  • Monitor key KPIs such as sell-through, stock cover, stock turn, availability, and size distribution.

  • Support markdown and end-of-season allocation strategies to optimize inventory performance.

  • Build strong relationships with Store Managers and Retail Operations teams to understand business needs and respond quickly to commercial priorities.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of allocation processes, reporting, and planning tools.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Retail Allocation, Merchandise Planning, or Retail Planning, possibly within an international environment.

  • Previous experience in luxury, premium fashion, or retail companies.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with allocation or merchandise planning systems is considered a plus.

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs.

  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Fluent Italian and English.
