We’re looking for an analytical and commercially driven Retail & Digital Merchandiser to join our team and support the buying and merchandising process across both the Retail and the Digital channels (.com and marketplaces).

This role plays a key part in driving commercial performance by supporting assortments, analyzing product and channel performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize sell-through, margin, and stock efficiency with a consistent omnichannel view.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the definition and development of seasonal product assortments across the Retail and Digital channels, in collaboration with the Buying & Merchandising Manager and brand partners, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, customer needs, and commercial targets.

  • Contribute to the seasonal OTB with retail and digital sell-through, stock and coverage input; OTB build and monitoring sit with the Performance & Planning team.

  • Manage in-season trading activities across both channels, including reorders, cancellations, reassortment requests and markdown selection, in coordination with the Planning & Allocation Specialist, to optimize inventory productivity and minimize risk.

  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting and analysis by channel, store and category, monitoring sell-through, stock cover, margins and category performance, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for current and future seasons.

  • Develop forecasts and scenario analyses by channel to anticipate risks and support proactive trading actions.

  • Monitor product lifecycle and support carryover product selection for bestselling items, with carryover stock planning managed by the Performance & Planning team.

  • Partner with the Planning & Allocation Specialist on store-level allocation and channel stock priorities, providing product, assortment and store feedback and supporting the weekly allocation validation led by the Buying & Merchandising Manager.

  • Own the product go-live process and digital visual merchandising guidelines (site merchandising, category and search ordering), coordinating with Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Digital Production teams to ensure seamless flow of goods from delivery to online activation.

  • Own retail visual merchandising guidelines and their in-store supervision, and deliver product training to store teams.

  • Partner with Marketing and Content teams to ensure product visibility and alignment with key campaigns and launches, and conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform assortment strategy and new opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or e-commerce merchandising within the fashion, luxury, or retail industry, ideally across both physical and digital channels.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into concrete business actions across channels.

  • Solid understanding of merchandising, planning, allocation, and in-season trading levers, with a clear focus on optimizing sell-through and inventory productivity.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, site merchandising tools and marketplace operations; experience with in-store visual merchandising and store team training is a plus.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge is essential; Power BI is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize across channels and drive execution.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across internal and external teams.

  • Fluent in Italian and English.

What we offer:

  • Compensation package within a range of €35.000-€40.000 gross annual salary (based on background, experience, and overall fit with job requirements)

  • Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts on our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offers.

  • Learning & Development Programs: continuous learning experiences with TLG University and The Breakfast Club projects.

  • Be part of the young (31 on average) and international (30+ nationalities) #TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

At The Level Group, we believe diverse perspectives and experiences make stronger teams. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, nationalities, identities, and abilities.
