We are looking for an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to lead and drive the performance of our store network. You will play a key role in shaping the retail strategy, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring that each store aligns with the brand's values and business objectives.

You will be responsible for the commercial success of the stores, ensuring sales targets, operational excellence, and brand standards are consistently met across the network.


What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the retail store network and ensure it is effectively and strategically managed in all its components

  • Monitor store performance through constant analysis of key KPIs and budget tracking, aiming to reach business targets and promote store growth

  • Improve and maintain the visual image of stores and the performance of staff to ensure a premium customer experience

  • Guarantee proper product supply and smooth execution of company procedures across all stores

  • Lead the recruitment, coordination, and training of store personnel, fostering talent development and internal growth

  • Ensure strong clienteling activities and the development of a loyal customer base

  • Act as a key liaison between headquarters and the store network, ensuring alignment and smooth communication

  • Drive digital integration in stores, identifying and promoting tools and technologies that enhance store performance, omnichannel experience, and customer engagement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Visual Merchandising, HR, and Operations to support business objectives

  • Conduct regular store visits to coach local teams, verify operational execution, and support business opportunities

  • Support new store openings and retail expansion plans


What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-store retail management within the fashion/luxury industry

  • Proven track record in driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and enhancing customer experience

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Analytical and KPI-driven mindset, combined with hands-on execution

  • Solid understanding of digital tools and their application in a retail environment (clienteling apps, omnichannel platforms, performance dashboards)

  • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus

  • Availability to travel frequently
