  • Monitor sales performance and selling trends through regular reporting, identifying risks and opportunities and proposing actionable recommendations to achieve targets.

  • Conduct product performance analysis, monitoring key KPIs such as sell-through, stock cover, margins, and category performance to support merchandising, buying, and trading decisions.

  • Manage in-season trading activities including reorders, stock transfers, cancellations, markdowns, and stock rebalancing to optimize inventory productivity and minimize risk.

  • Oversee retail allocation in an omnichannel perspective, ensuring the right stock is allocated to the right stores and channels at the right time, with the objective of maximizing overall sell-through and stock efficiency.

  • Support assortment and allocation decisions through store clustering, grading, and local performance analysis, ensuring product strategies reflect store potential and customer demand.

  • Develop forecasts and scenario analyses to anticipate risks and support proactive trading actions.

  • Partner closely with the Digital team to align on product availability, stock allocation priorities, and trading opportunities, supporting a consistent omnichannel customer experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Digital, Marketing, and Content to ensure smooth product flow and strong product visibility.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into concrete business actions.

  • Solid understanding of merchandising, planning, allocation, and in-season trading levers, with a clear focus on optimizing sell-through and inventory productivity.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge is essential; Power BI is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove obstacles, prioritize effectively, and drive execution.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across internal and external teams.

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
