We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager with a solid background in operational excellence to support the efficiency and compliance of our store network. In this role, you will ensure the consistent execution of operational processes, manage store-related procedures, and support cross-functional initiatives to improve retail performance. You will work closely with Store Managers and internal departments to guarantee smooth daily operations and a consistent in-store experience.


What you’ll do:

  • Design, implement, and optimize operational procedures and tools to improve store efficiency

  • Coordinate and oversee all operational aspects of store openings, relocations, and refurbishments

  • Monitor stock management processes, physical inventory, and loss prevention

  • Ensure proper implementation of corporate standards, policies, and systems in stores

  • Manage retail budgets for supplies, uniforms, and services, ensuring cost control and timely execution

  • Act as the key contact for operational issues, providing hands-on support and solutions

  • Collaborate with IT and Retail teams on optimization of POS systems and back-office tools

  • Support the digitalization of retail operations by identifying process automation opportunities, enabling data-driven decisions, and integrating new retail technologies

  • Deliver training and support to store teams on operational procedures and systems

  • Support sustainability-related initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements


What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the fashion/luxury sector

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with digital tools and operational systems in retail environments (e.g. ERP, POS, stock management platforms)

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication and project management abilities

  • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Willingness to travel regularly
