We are looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to support the efficiency, consistency, and compliance of our global store network across EU and US.


In this role, you will be a key operational reference for store-related activities, ensuring the correct execution of procedures and supporting cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving retail performance. You will work closely with Store Managers and internal teams to guarantee smooth daily operations and a consistent in-store experience.


What you’ll do:

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational procedures and tools to enhance store efficiency

  • Coordinate and support operational activities related to store openings, relocations, refurbishments, and temporary changes

  • Monitor stock management processes, including physical inventories, stock movements, and loss prevention activities

  • Ensure correct implementation of corporate standards, policies, and operational guidelines across stores

  • Support the management of retail supplies, uniforms, and services, contributing to cost control and timely execution

  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day operational issues, providing hands-on support and practical solutions

  • Collaborate with IT, Retail, and Operations teams on POS systems and back-office tools optimization.

  • Support the digitalization of retail operations by assisting in process automation initiatives and data-driven improvements

  • Contribute to the delivery of training and operational support to store teams

  • Support sustainability-related initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements


What we’re looking for:

  • 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, store operations, or similar roles, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a practical and problem-solving mindset

  • Experience with retail operational systems and tools (e.g. POS, ERP, stock management platforms)

  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus

  • Proactive, reliable, and hands-on attitude

  • Willingness to travel occasionally
