About the role

Off-White is the label founded by Virgil Abloh, built at the intersection of streetwear and luxury. Its direct-to-consumer business, ecommerce and physical retail, is operated under license by Progetto 17 (The Level Group), the operator behind off-white.com and the brand’s monobrand retail network across Europe and the US.

We are building out the DTC team and looking for a Retail Planner to own quantity planning and store allocation for the Off-White retail network: a focused set of flagship and directly operated stores, department store shop-in-shops, and outlets across EU and US. You will plan across three distinct store formats, work with stock arriving on different seasonal windows, and operate inside the channel rules of the brand license.

You will report to the Head of Buying & Merchandising and sit on the buying and merchandising side, serving the retail network, with the Retail Manager as your day-to-day counterpart on store execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan the quantities the network needs by store and by format, with a strong focus on core and carryover product where forecasting and replenishment drive the result.

  • Build initial allocation for each store and cluster, then manage in-season replenishment and rebalancing to match demand and protect availability on key lines.

  • Reason by store format, not flat across the network: flagship and directly operated stores, department store and shop-in-shop, and outlet each get differentiated plans and targets.

  • Read sell-through, stock coverage and product rotation, and turn them into concrete allocation and replenishment actions.

  • Optimize stock availability by minimizing overstock, stock-outs, and distribution inefficiencies.

  • Plan against the supply calendar, holding your plans against real delivery windows and stock.

  • Channel end-of-season and outlet flow through the right formats, in line with brand and licensor rules.

  • Partner with Buying and Merchandising on assortment depth, feeding planning insight back into the buy.

  • Produce the planning and performance views that support seasonal and in-season decisions.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years in retail or merchandise planning, allocation, or demand planning, ideally in fashion or luxury.

  • Solid command of the planning cycle: quantity planning, allocation, replenishment and sell-through management, with real experience on core and continuative product.

  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable turning data into allocation and replenishment decisions.

  • Advanced Excel. Power BI (or a comparable BI tool) is a concrete plus, since retail reporting here runs on it.

  • Ability to plan by store cluster and against supplier windows and real stock, not generic benchmarks.

  • Organized and detail-driven, able to manage several formats and markets in parallel.

  • Clear communicator across Buying, Retail and Operations.

  • Fluent English. Italian is an advantage given the Milan base.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to multi-supplier sourcing on different delivery windows.

  • Experience planning across both EU and US.

  • Familiarity with outlet and off-price flow management.

  • Python or pandas for analysis.

What we offer:

  • Monthly lunch tickets, discounts on our owned brands and brand partners, plus additional local perks and offers.

  • Learning and development through TLG University and The Breakfast Club projects.

  • A young (31 on average) and international (30+ nationalities) #TLGpeople team, in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Milan, with planning responsibility across the EU and US network.
