We are looking for a passionate and engaged Sales Administration Intern to join our Wholesale B2B Department in our Corporate offices in Milan. The Sales Administration and Back office Intern will support all aspects of the Wholesale business, this will include introduction to our systems and processes, along with all the sales and operational functions.  Reporting to the Sales Director, the key responsibilities will include:


ACTIVITIES:

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

  • Support the Team during RTW and HOME Sales Campaign

  • Enter customer orders with 100% accuracy and maintain the sales tools updated: contact list/mapping/sales reports.

  • Monitor retailers’ stock levels and performances on a regular basis and suggest swaps, reorders...

  • Support the team with miscellaneous tasks or projects related to International Sales

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Master/bachelor’s degree in economics or management

  • Fluency in Italian and English

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Technical literacy required: comfortable in approaching technical issues and discussing related solutions.

  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong inclination to problem solving

  • Excellent time management and follow up skills

  • Reliably proactive, motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on achieving great results
