We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Sales Assistant to join our team in Serravalle, supporting one of TLG’s in-house brands.


Responsibilities:


  • Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and well assisted and have a memorable experience aligned with the brand. 

  • Demonstrate brand awareness, clienteling skills and product knowledge when communicating with customers. 

  • Deliver excellence in retail experience and promote a Consumer Centric Culture.

  • Consistently assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner ,providing a highly professional approach and outstanding service in order to maximise business and to resolve customer issues  

  • Use conversation to discover client needs, partnering them with the appropriate sales professional attitude to achieve sales goals and create brand loyalty 

  • Promote team collaboration to build a pleasant and healthy work environment 

  • Maintain the work place tidy and organized 

  • Perform duties as reports, visual maintenance, etc . 

  • Be a point of connection between store and HQ.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the role in retail settings

  • Fluent English (additional language skills a plus)

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Organized and detail oriented attitude          

  • Proactivity 

  • Strong commitment to build a team environment and collaboration

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • High computer skills a plus
