We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team in Forte Dei Marmi, supporting one of TLG’s in-house brands.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the store team, fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Drive the achievement of sales targets through effective planning, performance monitoring and coaching.

  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to maximize business results.

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and VICs, supporting clienteling initiatives and in-store events.

  • Ensure the boutique consistently meets company standards in terms of visual presentation, operations and customer experience.

  • Oversee daily store operations while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company procedures.

  • Monitor stock levels, sell-through performance and inventory accuracy, coordinating with Buying and Operations teams when needed.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and provide continuous feedback to the team.

  • Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure appropriate store coverage, supporting the management of absences and leave.

  • Act as the key point of contact between the store and HQ, ensuring effective communication and execution of company initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within the luxury or premium retail industry.

  • Proven experience leading and developing retail teams.

  • Fluent English (additional language skills are a plus).

  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on achieving business targets.

  • Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with CRM and clienteling tools.

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with retail reporting systems.
