LN-CC is looking for a Store Manager for the day to day running of the LN-CC store. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the most forward thinking and respected fashion retailers in the world.
Passion for the LN-CC brand and a thorough understanding of LN-CC products and brands is essential. You will be expected to assist in a number of activities, from stock management, to visual merchandising, to initiatives for driving sales. You will be a brand ambassador for LN-CC and responsible for maintaining the best possible customer experience at all times.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and lead all communication with clients, providing luxury customer service and showcasing exemplary product and brand knowledge.
Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to promote sales. Set sales targets.
Work closely with Buying and Merchandising functions, as well as warehouse and stock control.
Manage stock issues, replenish stock, and provide support across the team to ensure effective and accurate stock control management.
Manage the multichannel/online order shipping process from the store.
Use our systems to coordinate stock levels, fulfilment, and returns.
Act as an ambassador for the LN-CC brand.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant management experience in the luxury retail environment.
Strong leadership and communications skills.
Hands on approach to team and operational management of the store.
Ability to analyze reports, react to opportunities, and set targets for the team.
A commercial mindset and a sales-driven approach.
Motivation to acquire new customers, improve the store experience, and drive sales.
Ability to build and maintain genuine and lasting relationships with LN-CC customers.
Availability to work on Saturdays.
