Store Manager - Luxury Fashion Retail

As we continue to grow our retail presence in the US, we are looking for experienced Store Managers to join our team and lead luxury fashion boutiques across our expanding network.

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused leader with strong commercial awareness, excellent people management skills, and the ability to ensure operational excellence while driving business performance.

What you'll do:

• Lead the daily operations of the store, ensuring the highest standards of customer experience and operational excellence.

• Drive sales performance by monitoring business results and implementing action plans to achieve store objectives.

• Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop the store team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and stock accuracy to support efficient store operations.

• Partner with corporate functions to execute commercial initiatives and share business insights.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.

• Manage administrative activities and support the overall financial performance of the store.

What we're looking for:

• Previous proven experience as a Store Manager within luxury or premium retail.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Commercial mindset with the ability to drive business performance through KPI analysis.

• Passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Must already be based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the US.
