Strategy & Business Development Manager - CEO Office
Working within the CEO Office team and reporting to the CEO, you will contribute to the Group’s most relevant strategic topics, from acquisitions, new brand partnerships and licensing agreements to the integration of acquired businesses and the business planning of strategic projects. It is a hands-on role with high exposure to Top Management, shareholders and external counterparties, including the opportunity to shadow the CEO in key meetings and decisions.
What you’ll do:
Support the CEO Office on acquisitions, brand partnerships and licensing agreements: screening and analysis of opportunities, business cases, due diligence, support through negotiation and execution.
Contribute to the integration of newly acquired businesses, coordinating workstreams across functions and monitoring delivery.
Build and maintain financial models and business plans for strategic projects.
Review and analyse legal documentation (licensing and distribution agreements, term sheets, SPAs), working with legal counsel to identify key terms, obligations and risks.
Prepare materials for the CEO, Board, shareholders and banks, turning complex analyses into clear messages.
Lead cross-functional strategic projects (new markets, new ventures, operating model improvements) from analysis to implementation.
Shadow the CEO in key meetings, negotiations and decisions.
What we’re looking for:
4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or corporate development/strategy teams.
Strong financial modelling skills in Excel (P&L, cash flow, business plans).
Exposure to M&A processes is a plus.
Exposure to fashion, luxury, retail or e-commerce is a plus.
Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills: able to structure a problem, synthesise it and present it to senior audiences.
High ownership and autonomy: comfortable with ambiguity, able to manage several workstreams in parallel and to move fast without losing accuracy.
Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance or Engineering; international experience is appreciated.
Fluent Italian and English; a third language is a plus.

Hours: Full-time
Location: Milan, HQ in Piazza Arcole 4
Reports to: CEO
