We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team in Milan and play a key role in attracting, assessing and hiring top talent across the organization.

As The Level Group enters a new phase of business expansion, hiring will be a key driver of our growth in the coming months. For this reason, we are looking for a talented, driven individual who can act as a true TLG ambassador, representing our values and supporting the business in building high-performing teams.

This is a high-impact role where you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers. You will contribute to building strong talent pipelines, evolving our hiring practices, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our values and growth ambitions.

What you'll do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across a wide range of roles (e.g. tech, online store management, operations, retail, marketing);

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies and priorities;

  • Actively source, engage, screen and assess candidates, evaluating both skills and cultural alignment with TLG;

  • Drive alignment among stakeholders throughout the hiring process, ensuring efficiency and quality;

  • Ensure a smooth, engaging and consistent candidate experience from first contact to offer stage;

  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;

  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives;

  • Monitor and report on hiring performance and key recruitment metrics;

  • Continuously identify and implement improvements in processes, tools and ways of working.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition;

  • Background in fast-paced environments such as tech, retail or digital agencies will be considered a strong plus;

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently;

  • Ability to partner with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions;

  • Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset;

  • Ability to navigate multiple openings and manage priorities in a dynamic environment;

  • Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory.

What we offer:

  • Benefits: lunch tickets, company device, access to Fondo Est health insurance, discounts on our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks through local discounts and exclusive offers;

  • Wellbeing & Work environment: access to yoga and pilates classes through our TLGym program, and the opportunity to work in a fun, young (31 on average) and international (30+ nationalities) team.

At The Level Group, we believe diverse perspectives and experiences make stronger teams. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, nationalities, identities, and abilities. If you require any accommodation during the interview process, please let us know and we will be happy to support you.
