Talent and HR Manager is a key strategic leader who drives our people strategy with clarity, empathy, and a high-energy approach across all regions. This role serves as the heartbeat of our culture shaping an environment , creating and enforcing policies where individuals feel empowered, connected, and inspired to “Raise Your Vibration” every day. This position partners closely with the Executive Team, aligning HR initiatives with our mission to help people grow, do meaningful work, and bring their best selves into the workplace.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Attraction & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end hiring with a focus on attitude, ambition, and alignment with our high-vibration culture.

  • Partner with leaders to plan talent needs and craft workforce plans that enable sustainable, human-centered growth.

  • Enhance employer branding to ensure we attract talent drawn to purpose, authenticity, and personal evolution.

2. HR Operations, Systems & Compliance across all regions

  • Ensure smooth, transparent, and compassionate HR operations, contracts, policies, HRIS, payroll coordination, and reporting.

  • Maintain strong compliance with employment law, while creating policies that reinforce safety, respect, and trust.

  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes with a mindset of simplicity, clarity, and empowerment.

3. Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Create effective onboarding processes for corporate and retail roles.

  • Drive engagement initiatives that nurture connection, and continuous self-improvement.

  • Lead sensitive employee matters with neutrality, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

4. Performance, Development & Growth

  • Assess existing team, Review roles and responsibilities making sure to maximize existing talent in each role. Propose changes if needed.

  • Create and Implement performance frameworks that encourage clarity, ownership, and self-awareness.

  • Partner with leaders to create meaningful development paths, coaching plans, and growth moments.

  • Create annual and semiannual employee review program fostering a culture of feedback where people feel safe, supported, and inspired to level up.

5. Compensation, Benefits & Well-Being

  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs that balance competitiveness, internal equity, and holistic wellness.

  • Partner with CEOs/COO and collaborate with Finance to ensure compensation is aligned with business goals and long-term sustainability.

6. Culture & People Leadership

  • Champion and embody our “Raise Your Vibration” philosophy in leadership behaviors, communication, processes and decision-making.

  • Cultivate a people-first culture rooted in positivity, empowerment, accountability, and emotional well-being.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, bringing forward strategic insights that elevate both people and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated experience leading HR in dynamic mid-sized companies (80–150 employees).

  • Strong background in culture building, leadership coaching, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

  • Experience influencing C-level leaders and designing people strategies that drive engagement and performance.

  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment that values authenticity, compassion, and high energy.
