We are seeking an experienced wholesale professional to lead and grow our homeware wholesale business. You will shape and execute the wholesale strategy, build and nurture retail partnerships, drive revenue and margin growth, and ensure operational excellence across orders, logistics and partner service. You will work at the intersection of sales, operations and brand, to deliver strong wholesale performance for our homeware collections.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the wholesale business plan for the homeware category, setting ambitious but achievable revenue, margin and account growth targets.

  • Identify, target and onboard new wholesale retail partners (domestic & international as appropriate) to extend our distribution footprint and strengthen brand presence.

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale key accounts: retail chains, department stores, speciality stores, e-commerce partners. Ensure high partner satisfaction, strong sell-through and loyalty.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, terms, and contracts with wholesale partners to achieve profitable growth.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product/Design, Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure wholesale product assortments, pricing, launch timing, and promotional support align with market needs and brand positioning.

  • Oversee the wholesale order-to-delivery process: order handling, forecasting, inventory allocation, logistics coordination, invoicing and credit control to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.

  • Monitor wholesale performance (sales, margin, inventory turnover, sell-through, pipeline) using strong commercial insight; prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

  • Analyse market, category and competitor trends and translate insights into business opportunities or corrective action.

  • Represent the brand at trade shows, wholesale exhibitions, showroom presentations, internal/external meetings as required.

  • Continuously review and refine wholesale systems, processes and tools (CRM/ERP/order management) to maximise efficiency and partner service.

  • Provide guidance, training or support to internal sales/operations staff and external partners (as needed) in the wholesale channel.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a wholesale sales or account management role, preferably in the homeware, consumer goods sector. 

  • Proven track record of managing and growing wholesale accounts, achieving revenue and margin targets, and working across retail/wholesale channels.

  • Strong commercial acumen: comfortable with forecasting, margin analysis, negotiating terms.

  • Excellent relationship and communication skills: ability to build rapport with senior retail buyers, brands, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • High level of organisational skill and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with ERP/CRM/order management systems; experience analysing sales/report data and deriving insights.

  • Knowledge of the homeware / lifestyle retail market: product categories, seasonality, trends, retail channels, international markets.

  • Willingness to travel (domestic and international) as required for partner meetings, trade shows and showroom events.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to identify new opportunities and drive change.

  • Experience with e-commerce/omni-channel wholesale, international distribution, luxury or premium positioning.
